Saxon Seriously Sputters
We're more than halfway through the Saxon Math book we bought for Larissa and not terribly pleased with it so far. We thought it was going to be this great integrated package with text, workbook, tests, and solutions. But many of the pages in the workbook are duplicates, and do not correspond with the chapters in the text (even the ones they say they're supposed to go with). So, we're giving up on the workbook mostly and just using the text. That's not bad in & of itself, but I'm feeling like we wasted money buying the "complete" package!

are you doing Saxon math 5/4 or above? or are you using the Saxon math curriculum for K-3? there is a difference.
I wouldn't give up on Saxon if you are using the 5/4 and above series. if you are using the k-3 series.....well I aint terribly excited by that part of the Saxon series.
